Q. How do you pay for lunch?

A. The academy operates a pay online system, where an account will be set up for each student. Parents can then use the online account to add money or students may use the biometric (fingerprint) system to add money in the academy. Students on free school meals will have their money automatically added to their account for use at lunch time. Log on details will be provided to parents in due course. All students are welcome to bring a packed lunch on days they choose.

Q. How is the uniform provided?

A. A full uniform will be provided, free of charge, for all year 7 students. Trutex (our uniform supplier) will attend each primary school to measure the year 6 students during June/July. They will then deliver the uniform packs to the academy for collection. Uniform can be collected on the morning of Wednesday 7 August 2019 between 10.00 am and 1.00 pm when you will also have the opportunity to purchase any extra uniform. If you are unable to make that date you can call in to collect your child’s uniform on any day after 12 August. Please note that any exchanges must be done direct with Trutex. There will be uniform ordering / collection days at Outwood Academy Brumby later in the year. (Dates to be arranged and advertised on the academy website).
