Regular exercise improves health and fitness. It is our goal to develop every student’s mental, social and physical well-being through experiencing a wide variety of sports throughout key stage 3 and 4.

Key Stage 3

The PE course at Key Stage 3 provides students with the necessary skills and knowledge to access the Sports studies course in Key Stage 4. Year 7 will initially go through a series of baseline tests so that we gain a clear indication of their ability coming into the school. They will then experience a wide variety of sports to develop core skills leading into year 8. Click below to see an example of a PE timetable.
